a new TR release? For Morrowind, seems it's around the hill. For the Skyrim engine, they'll see what to do when the new game will be out.

Awesome, thanks! Wow, decals, scars and face painting: pretty cool! I noticed that Frazetta was pretty prominently displayed. Also, Matt Carofano totally reminds me of Dick from High Fidelity. I kept expecting him to start talking about Belle and Sebastian.

I'm already ridiculously excited about Skyrim, despite the fact that it's 9 months from being released, to the point where I'll probably forget that I was excited by the time it's out.
The Nords have always kind of been a jovial race, the drinking, fighting sort. They haven't had nearly as much development as the Imperials, Redguards, Dunmer and Altmer, so the fact that they're dedicating an entire game to it means there's going to be a lot to explore and find out about the culture.

Heh, I've always found the nords the not-so-exciting-and-rather-predictable race. I hope Bethesda will surprise me by giving them some unexpected characteristics.
...and I hope they at some point make a game about the Altmers

I would LOVE to go to Summerset... My current char Is an altmer female (Oblivion) that plans on leaving Cyrodiil for Summerset Isles. Those Greycloaked mages/sages should be interesting, like the Crystal Tower...

He probably means the berserkers. Oh, OK. That makes sense.

Not Berserkers. The ones as summon you near the begining of the game.

I agree, Nords have always sort of blended into the woodworks, which means that Skyrim has a lot of room for entirely new material, but it also means it has plenty of room to be totally boring. Unfortunately, whenever Skyrim was mentioned in the series, what always came to mind was pretty much just a larger version of Solstheim, with lots of Bruma-like towns. I never really cared for Bruma.

I don't think the Nords are boring, at least not in TES lore anyway. The Five Songs of King Wulfhart was pretty interesting, so was The Arcturian Heresy; though that wasn't entirely about the Nords and Skyrim.

I don't think they are boring, but I still make the assumption that the general nord won't find any point in using sophisticated mysticism spellcasting when the same damage can be done with a good blunt weapon.
I think that to the generic nord, the expression "use your head when fighting" would probably mean headbanging rather than strategic thinking.
